Deanna is responsible for the health of the company’s business/brand development and customer/employee stewardship. By combining traditional tasks of marketing, business development, recruiting and engagement, Deanna proactively augments growth, retention and reputation, while maximizing visibility and consistency. This position stewards our brand above all else and also provides development opportunities for Colvos Construction team members in brand communication, marketing, business development, and recruiting.
