• To qualify for the Project Engineer and Asst. Superintendent positions, you must be a graduating senior in the CM or comparable program and have completed two summers of construction internships or have one year comparable experience.

• To qualify for the internship, we require active participation in any relevant major, including construction management, logistics, project management, engineering, and architecture. Easy peasy!

Over the course of our 10-12 week internship experience, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work one-on-one with your mentors in Project Management and Field Supervision

• Experience our projects up close with on-site job walks and OAC and subcontractor meetings

• Participate in estimating and bid development, scheduling, RFIs, and budget management

• Interact directly with our company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of Colvos Construction

• Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activities

• Gain the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in the construction industry
