Colvos Construction completely renovated and remodeled the Ivar's of Issaquah, WA. Colvos replaced and updated all the interior flooring, casework and cabinetry, walls, equipment, plumbing, light fixtures, kitchen equipment, and more. Structural improvements were also made on the rooftop mechanical equipment including the HVAC and exhaust fans.
