Colvos Construction completed the Seattle Union Gospel Mission Annex in Fall 2022. We converted the 2nd floor office space into an emergency shelter for mens. The new updates include a new bathroom to accomadate the 34 guests staying at the shelter.

New features include new MEPF throughout, new paint on walls, beams, columns and sills, new window coverings and roof access ladder.
